Rooms are reserved for the night of September 28th. Each room has two queen beds. Cost of each room is $120 plus tax. A free continental breakfast is provided. Telephone number is 512-756-1789 (mention Texas State Button Society for special rate). If you need to stay a second night please let the hotel know when you make your reservation.

10:30 AM Workshop in Meeting room.“Getting your Flamingos in a Row” Preparing a Competition Tray 101, Kathy Hurst. Bring your awards list for 2019. Bring your NBS Blue Book. Bring buttons you have of long legged birds.
12:00 AM Catered Lunch (Donations accepted, no need to reserve)
1:30 PM Workshop in Meeting room. “Pushing your Passion” with a Button Presentation, Janice Canard. This workshop will present the skills needed to build your own Power Point/Keynote button presentations. You will leave with a flash drive that has been loaded with several ready to use button programs plus talking points. You will also learn to build your own set of slides, giving you the skills needed to continue to build your own Power Point/Keynote presentations. Pre-register by contacting Janice at jcanard4930@gmail.com or call 254-231-2797. Bring your laptop with Power Point(PC) or Keynote (MAC) installed. Preload several button photos that you want to use in a presentation. Pay $6 at door ($6 is cost of flash drive). Check to TSBS or cash. (You are also welcome to come and listen, but the flash drive with the program is only available to those who have pre-registered.)
2:30 PM Workshop in Meeting room. Overview of 2019 Awards, Herman Bangeman. You will review the awards for 2019 to find out what the judges might be looking for in each award. Bring your NBS Bluebook as well as 2019 Awards list. Bring your questions about specific awards.
