“FRUITFUL HARVEST”

Hotel Reservations:  Friday, October 11, at the Comfort Inn & Suites, 810 S. Water St., Burnet, TX.  TSBS group rates for $159 + tax. Group rate Deadline Sept 10.    Call 512-756-1789.

Dealer Tables:  Tables are 32” x 8 ft at  $20 each. Deadline September 12, 2024 Bring your own table covers.  Dealer Sign-up Form

Co-op Table for selling Buttons: We are planning to have a Co-op Table in the showroom for those who are not dealers but have buttons that they would like to sell. The fee is $2 per card (payable to TSBS).

Friday night social dinner  Octorber 11 at 5:30 pm, Trailblazer Grille in Burnet, Tacco/Potato Bar with salad, bread and iced tea, $ 17.70 (include tax and gratuity). Make your check for $17.70 to Barbara Hefner and mail to her at 400 East Granite Street, Liano, TX 78643. Check should be received by Friday, September 27.

Saturday Catered lunch in the showroom at 12 noon (pay at lunch).

4:00 PM – 5:30 PM TSBS Board Meeting at the Agri-Lif Extension Building

5:30 PM  Dinner at the Trailblazer Grille. On the West side of the Courthouse Square, 216 S. Main St. Tacco/Potato Bar with salad, bread and iced tea, $ 17.70 (include tax and gratuity). 8:00 PM   Button Shopping from motel rooms

Saturday, October 12

7:30 AM – 9:00 AM   Showroom open for Dealer setup only.

9:00 AM – 4:00 PM   Open to the public. Visit the registration table for information and to sign-in. Free admission. (Members, please donate an hour at the Registration Table.)

9:00 AM – 12 Noon  Purchase your Favor Button for $10 at the Registration table. (Revealed during Lunch)

9:00 AM – 10:30 AM  Turn in your Creative Mounting tray for competition. Theme:”Fruitful Harvest“

10:30 AM- 1 PM  Vote for your favorite Creative Mounting entry. The First Place Winner will receive a 1-year membership to TSBS!

10:30 AM – 1:30 PM Activity: “Mounting Button Art” by Eileen Lyster, in Showroom (Make and Take) 

1:30 PM – 2:30 PM Workshop: “Tips for Making a Creative Mounting Tray” by Judye Stewart, in Meeting Room

4:00 PM Showroom closes for Cleanup
