You are invited to visit and compete the Button Division of the Burnet County Area Fair in June.
Fair location: The Burnet County AgriLife Auditorium, 607 N. Vandeveer, Burnet, Texas
The Button Division competition is sponsored by Bluebonnet Button Club (Burnet)
Competition categories from the past year
CATEGORY 1: COLLAGE on 9×12-inch mat board or foam board using at least 3 sewing buttons. The theme of the collage is “Red, White, and Blue, This Fair Is For You”
CATEGORY 2: BUTTON JEWELRY
CATEGORY 3: EMBELLISHED GARMENT
CATEGORY 4: HOLIDAY CRAFT USING BUTTONS

The History of the Button Division in Burnet County Area Fair
After having a booth of “Button Roadshow” at the Burnet County Area Fair in 2016 and 2017, Bluebonnet Button Club (Burnet) has been asked to create and sponsor a Button Division competition in the fair. They sucssefully sponsored the button roadshow and competition in 2018 and 2019.
