Round Rock Public Library Button Display

“Around Texas” button displays started early this year!  The first display in Round Rock Public Library (from January 6 – 31) is hosted by Austin Button Club.  Button themed books selected by library staff are offered for checkout on the book tower.

This charm string was created by Austin Button Club using buttons donated by Sharon Walther from her great grandmother’s collection.

Did you know that Junior members can enter Texas State Button Society (TSBS) and National Button Society (NBS) competitions too? They need to follow the contest description, select buttons from their own collections (or from parents and grandparents’ button boxes) and design a creative display.

Button themed books selected by library staff are offered for checkout on the book tower by the display.
